AGEDI (Agence Européenne de Diffusion Immobilière)
In the real estate since since 1927 covering Monte Carlo, the Côte d’Azur and Italy
Since 1927, AGEDI – an abbreviation of Agence Europeenne de Diffusion Immobilière – has been successfully carrying out the sale, administration and management of prestigious properties. At first mainly in Monte Carlo and on the Côte d’Azur, and subsequently also in Italy.
AGEDI has been licensed to operate in the Principality of Monaco since 1927 and is one of the most historical real estate companies in Europe.
AGEDI is also one of the few in Monte Carlo to have the legal status of joint stock company (S.A.M. – Societè Anonyme Monegasque) as well as being one of the main and renowned Monegasque operators in the real estate sector.
Whilst maintaining its core business focus on prestigious properties, luxury homes, villas and on exclusive real estate development projects, one of AGEDI’s strengths is certainly its versatility – derived from a wide vision of the property market and more generally of the consumer market – thanks to which it is capable to deal with every kind of property (residential, commercial, industrial, tourist accommodation, hotels, etc.)
