Wednesday 27 March 2019 at 8 p.m. – Princess Grace Theatre
Open to all, admission free
Once again this year, the Department of Cultural Affairs has brought together the Monegasque National Committee for UNESCO and the Princess Grace Theatre to celebrate World Theatre Day in Monaco.
Four theatre companies from the Principality have accepted their invitation. They will gather on Wednesday 27 March 2019 at 8 p.m. for an evening devoted to the performing arts and to promoting dialogue and peace between peoples.
World Theatre Day was initiated in 1961 by the International Theatre Institute (I.T.I.). It is celebrated every year by the theatrical community, with many national and international events.
The quality of what our companies offer and the enthusiasm of all those involved make this a celebration of live theatre in so many different ways, and an opportunity to showcase its joyful vibrancy in Monaco.
