Speaking in an interview with France Football, Colombian international forward and AS Monaco captain Radamel Falcao discussed manager Thierry Henry’s failure to take the team away from the relegation zone earlier this season.

“I think that it is like everything: it is better when you have experience and time. Titi arrived in a difficult context, with a team which was struggling at the beginning of the season. There were a lot of departures, a lot of arrivals. It takes time to get to know each other. A team is like an orchestra, you cannot improvise that. You need work, repetition and time to be harmonious with each other… He has a science to football. I think that he has everything required to be a great manager… I think that he has good ideas. He reads football well. But three months was too short to develop them.”
