A beautiful heiress born in the New Orleans’ French Quarter in 1857. Monaco’s current ruler, Prince Albert II recently in February 2018 travelled back to New Orleans to unveil a plaque commemorating the birthplace of Alice, Princess of Monaco, who was the wife his great-great-grandfather, Prince Albert I.
