On 25th January 2017, the Auguste Escoffier Foundation handed over a cheque for 5,000 Euros to the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
To mark the 170th anniversary of the birth of Auguste Escoffier, the renowned French master chef and culinary writer, the Foundation of the same name hosted a symposium on 28th October 2016 focused on “Cooking and Health in the 21st Century” under the high patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco.
All the proceeds from the tombola (5000 Euros), which took place during the event, have been donated to the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
The Auguste Escoffier Foundation, presided over by Michel Escoffier, promotes French haute cuisine and perpetuates the memory and work of August Escoffier.
