Every Sunday from 3 June to 30 September, Las Brisas, the summer restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay, is offering a musical brunch with light, inventive cuisine served on a south-facing terrace between the sea and lagoon.
The reputed Summer Brunch by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Marcel Ravin on the terrace of the restaurant Las Brisas is certainly something to look forward to. Every Sunday during the summer, experience brand new tastes, colours and aromas from the French West Indies and the Mediterranean, in an idyllic setting facing the big blue sea.
You’ll love the relaxed Sunday brunch atmosphere, delicious food and live strolling band playing international pop songs and acoustic numbers too.
