Culinary expert Bradley Mitton and co-author Zsolt Szemerszky have launched the Russian edition of the “Signature Dishes of the Principality of Monaco with Wine Pairing Guide” book.
The end result of the Monaco Ground project, this culinary book that promotes the most excellent and iconic gastronomical places of Monaco was already available in English since last year. However and thanks to the exceptional support of HelloMonaco.com founder Ms Olga Taran, now the book is also available in Russian as well.

“Signature Dishes of the Principality of Monaco with Wine Pairing Guide” is published now in 52 countries around the World aims to accomplish the same principles highlighting the exceptional culinary scene of the Principality, whilst focusing on gastronomical specialities and offering an overview of the heritage of Monaco.
The authors have carefully selected ten of the finest restaurants of Monaco and have reached out to their Executive Chefs holding together over 50 Michelin stars and their sommeliers, asking them to share a unique recipe of one of their signature dishes with wine suggestions.
An exceptional joint effort thanks to the supportive chefs include Alain Ducasse, Benoît Witz, Christophe Cussac, Christophe Dupuy, Dominique Lory, Jean-Claude Brugel, Joël Robuchon, Marcel Ravin, Paolo Sari, Philippe Joannès and Takéo Yamasaki as well as the accommodating sommeliers include Damien Borghi, Noël Bajor, Frédéric Woelffle and Massimo Sacco.
The Monaco Gourmand project also received invaluable help from the Monaco Government Tourist Office in New York and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation – promoting their exceptional efforts such as the Mr Goodfish campaign.
